This policy explains what IndiaMART Lead Notifier ("we", "us") collects when you use our browser extension, phone app, and this website, and how you can request access to or deletion of that data.
Information we collect
- Account information — your Google account email, used to sign in and identify your account.
- Business profile — the business name and, optionally, GST number you provide when onboarding.
- Device information — an identifier and name for each computer or phone you register, so we can deliver notifications to it and let you manage your own devices.
- Subscription details — your plan tier, expiry date, and payment history, used to enforce your device limits and renewal.
- Lead data from your IndiaMART account — when the extension is active in your browser, it reads new lead notifications from your own IndiaMART session (buyer name, phone number, email address, and enquiry details) so it can alert you. This is the personal data of people who contacted your business through IndiaMART, not data we collect about you.
How we use this information
- To deliver instant desktop and phone notifications when a new lead arrives.
- To operate your account: enforce device limits, track subscription status, and provide support.
- We do not sell any of this data, and we do not use lead data for any purpose other than notifying you of it.
How long we keep it

Your choices
- You can remove a registered computer or phone at any time by contacting us.
- You can request a copy of the data associated with your account.

Security
Account and lead data is stored in Google Firebase and protected by access rules that restrict reads and writes to your own account and our administrator.
