These terms govern your use of the IndiaMART Lead Notifier browser extension, phone app, and this website (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
The Service
The Service reads new-lead notifications from your own IndiaMART account and delivers desktop and phone alerts. It does not act on your behalf on IndiaMART and does not modify your IndiaMART account.
Accounts and plans
- You need a Google account to sign in.
- Free and paid plans differ in the number of devices (computers and phones) you can register.
- Paid plans are billed on the schedule agreed with our team and expire on the date shown in your account; access to paid features ends at expiry unless renewed.
- We may onboard, edit, or remove accounts and devices to enforce these terms or a plan's limits.
Acceptable use
- Don't share your account credentials or attempt to exceed your plan's device limits by working around the Service.
- Don't use the Service to violate IndiaMART's own terms of use.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service.
Lead data
Lead data the Service reads belongs to the buyers who contacted your business, not to us. You are responsible for handling it in line with applicable law once it reaches you. See our privacy policy for how we handle it in transit.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee it will catch every lead or that notifications will never be delayed — it depends on your browser, device, and network staying connected. We are not liable for leads missed due to factors outside our control.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
